How to register

Step 1:

  • Click on „service portal“
  • A login window opens
  • Click on „register“

 

Step 2:

  • Register your details in the register window
  • you find the registration number in your registration letter
  • Define your personal password. It has to consist of at least 8 characters, with 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number
  • Please confirm the terms and conditions and the privacy statement with a tick
  • Finally, click on „register“

 

Step 3:

  • After successful registration you will receive an activation link via email
  • If you don’t receive this email within a short time please check your spam folder
  • Click on the link in the email to complete the registration process
  • You receive another email with the information: your account has been activated

 

Using the service portal:

  • Afterwards your are immediately able to use the service portal’s advantages quickly, comfortably and from everywhere
  • To log in use your email address as username and your personal password.
